
This episode is a little bit different than usual. Instead of having a guest on, I’m going to recap some of the most recurring advice from past episodes. Plus I’ll answer some questions you’ve had and give a bit of a life update.
Normally I have an outline and notes that I’m going off of, but today I’m doing it all from memory! I’ve had a lot of amazing guests on and I’ve been truly grateful to be able to host this podcast. It’s changed some over the years, but there have been a few things that many guests seem to agree on. Sleep and magnesium, are two of the biggest ones. We’ll cover that, plus other health hacks that are often free or simple to do.
I also touch on life updates and what my focus has been on for the past year or so. Recently things have started to settle down in life and at home a little more. So I’m excited to create even more content for you in the future. I’ve learned a lot through doing this podcast, and I hope you feel the same.
