
In today’s episode, I’m talking with Naomi Whittel, who for more than 20 years has explored the world to uncover powerful natural health solutions. Naomi was even named a leading innovator in the natural health products industry by “Prevention”. As a child, Naomi had some health challenges, but she’s used those lessons to fuel her passion for healthy skin from the inside out.
Our skin absorbs about 60% of what we put on it, but what we eat is even more important to our skin health. We also cover “powerphenols”, and how we can use them to get the most bang for our buck when it comes to health. Naomi is a mom of 4 so she gets how we moms need powerful, effective health solutions that aren’t overly time intensive.
