You need:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 TBSP butter or coconut oil
- Spices (ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, sesame seed oil) to taste
- ¼ cup each soy sauce and honey (optional)
- 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
What to do:
- Thinly slice chicken and season with salt, pepper, ginger and garlic and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar. Let sit 5 minutes to marinate.
- Sauté chicken in large skillet or wok until cooked and slightly brown and remove.
- Thinly slice cabbage and onion and sauté in more oil or butter in the same pan until soft.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet/wok and season with additional spices, soy sauce and honey (optional)
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)
