I’m here with Dr. Leland Stillman today to talk about the 80/20 of health and how that translates to real-life situations, especially when it comes to light, minerals, hormones, and so much more. Dr. Stillman graduated with a degree in environmental health and a minor in chemistry. He went on to get his medical doctorate and completed his residence training at the Maine Medical Center. You’ll now find him in Florida where he focuses on nutritional and hormone health in his practice.
Dr. Stillman works with a lot of families who want alternate pediatric choices for their kids. He’s written a lot about these topics and we explore many of them in our chat today. We talk about the importance of natural light and how to tell how much you’re getting. Plus why sunscreen and sunglasses aren’t the best idea. Dr. Stillman also goes into minerals (why stress is linked with mineral levels), high-dose iodine, the importance of protein, and so much more.
I really enjoyed recording today’s episode with Dr. Leland Stillman. We got to talk about many of the health topics that I’m most excited about and I can’t wait to share them with you!
