Today we focus on natural beauty and personal care products. After cleaning products, the products we use on our hair, skin, nails and teeth are often the next biggest source of chemical exposure. For women especially, we are exposed to an estimated 200+ chemicals daily from our personal care products.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the natural alternatives to beauty products are not only much less expensive and have have fewer chemicals but often work better as well.
