I’m here today with my good friend Alisa Vitti to talk about the infradian rhythm and how to harness the power of our monthly cycles. Alisa studied at Johns Hopkins but found herself looking for different answers after a PCOS diagnosis. She’s now a researcher, author of 2 bestselling books, and a leader in female hormone technology.
