I’m talking with Dr. Isaac Eliaz today, a leading expert in the field of integrative medicine. Dr. Isaac specializes in cancer, detoxification, immunity, and other complex conditions. He’s working with institutes like the National Institutes of Health and Columbia University and he’s also co-authored many studies on integrative therapies.
He’s also pioneered the use of treatments for detoxification and chronic degenerative conditions at the clinic he founded in California.
And I’m really excited for our conversation today because it dives into topics that aren’t often discussed. We talk about what the survival paradox is and how our body’s innate healing abilities can turn against us. We also go deep into what Dr. Isaac calls open heart medicine, how our heart, body, and mind connect to help us heal and recover. While Dr. Isaac is very well versed in the deep science, I love that our conversation naturally flowed into the mind-body-heart integration side of things.
Of course, we also talked about how we as parents can teach and model this information for our children. How we can help them learn how to process and let go of toxic emotions for better physical, mental, and spiritual health. I learned a lot and Dr. Isaac shares a lot of practical information. Today’s chat was a fun one and I can’t wait to share it with you!
