My goal in writing Wellness Mama has always been to help other moms and families commit to a healthier way of eating and living. To help do that, I am going to post my meal plans each week for anyone looking for some healthy ideas. I am only posting dinner meal plans, since I don’t plan out breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is always some variation of eggs and vegetables. Lunch is almost always a salad with protein and homemade dressing or leftovers. As aways, I’d love your feedback, suggestions and requests!

Chuck Roast (recipe to follow) slow cooked with onions, carrots and celery. Served with oven roasted herb cauliflower and spinach salad.
Chicken Soup made from whole chicken, carrots, celery, onions, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, bok choy and spices.
Deer Brats (or Nitrite Free Beef Brats) with homemade sauerkraut and salad.
Nitrite Free Pork Chops baked with sliced apples, rosemary and balsamic vinegar served with baked zucchini and squash and salad.
Baked Wild Caught Salmon with grilled broccoli and salad.
Chili made with deer sausage, grass fed beef, tomatoes, onions, peppers and spices. Served with celery and cheese.
Chicken Stir Fry made with chicken, zucchini, onions, and broccoli topped with fermented soy sauce, sesame seeds and ginger.
