Bacon Chicken Bites Recipe

Bacon Chicken Bites- quick and easy recipe for parties and potlucks

It can often be hard to find grain free, dairy free, healthy options when we aren’t eating at home or get invited to a dinner event. These bacon chicken bites are my solution.

Whenever we go to a friend’s house or potluck, I bring a plate of these to share. We always have something we can eat, and I haven’t found many people who don’t like these savory appetizers.

The other best part? These cook in half an hour and only use one dish! They are protein packed and filling and my kids love them. I can put these in the oven, go get ready, and they are ready to go when it is time to leave.

If you are looking for an easy dish to bring to parties and potlucks, I suggest these:

  1. This is a great idea – I’m definitely going to make this. And I especially love the goat cheese garnish suggestion. I grill kebobs with bacon wrapped chicken, bell pepper, onion and pineapple, and they’re always a big hit. This is basically the appetizer version of that.

    • These are so wonderful and easy. The simplicity of the dijon sauce is so good. I absolutely love your recipes! I cook one or more of them 4-5 times per week. Thank you!

  2. My mum does these bacon wrap chickens similar to these, but these look so much easier. I’m going to give this one a go after whole30 (21 more days to go!)

  3. Yum my family loves anything wrapped in bacon!

  4. I tried these (omitting the honey for sugar-free) and they were AMAZING. I don’t even like mustard, and I still thought these were excellent!

Now that I can have honey again, I will definitely be making them per the recipe this time, and see how that goes. You can’t really go wrong with a drop of honey 😉

    • I didn’t have honey, so I used agave. Really good!L

  5. How would these taste without the bacon? I keep kosher…

  6. Made these today to eat during the Packer game…they were delicious! and super easy!

  7. Thank you so much for this recipe. These are AWESOME!!!

  8. Are these good cold? Thinking of making night before for a picnic. Thanks!

  9. This is really awesome. Can’t wait to tell mom!
