𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁠
•1 lb ground beef⁠
•2 medium yellow onions (thinly sliced)⁠
•2 bell peppers (diced)⁠
•2 medium zucchini (or yellow squash, diced)⁠
•2 cups fresh spinach⁠
•¼ cup taco seasoning⁠
⁠
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁠
•In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high until cooked.⁠
•Remove from the pan and set aside.⁠
•In the same skillet, sauté the chopped #onions, #peppers, and #squash, stirring frequently, until starting to soften.⁠
•Return the meat to pan.⁠
•Add the #tacoseasoning and stir.⁠
•Add fresh spinach and continue to cook just until spinach wilts.⁠
•Remove from heat and serve with any desired toppings.⁠

An easy oven-roasted salmon recipe with bold flavo An easy oven-roasted salmon recipe with bold flavors of ginger, garlic, honey, and coconut aminos.⁠

Asian Ginger Salmon Recipe⁠
⁠
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁠
•2 lbs salmon⁠
•½ inch fresh ginger (grated)⁠
•4 cloves garlic (minced)⁠
•6 TBSP coconut aminos⁠
•2 TBSP honey⁠
•2 TBSP teriyaki glaze (optional)⁠
•½ chili powder⁠
•1 tsp salt⁠
•½ tsp pepper⁠
⁠
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁠
If starting with a whole fillet, cut the salmon into evenly sized pieces and place in a baking dish.⁠
In a medium-size bowl, make the marinade by whisking together all the remaining ingredients.⁠
Remove about 3 tablespoons of the marinade and set aside.⁠
Pour the remaining marinade over the salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes⁠
Preheat the oven to 400°F.⁠
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes.⁠
After 10 minutes, brush the salmon with the reserved marinade and continue cooking another 2-5 minutes or until done (flakes easily with a fork and internal temperature of about 135°F).⁠
Serve and enjoy.⁠

Here’s what’s in season in January.... Here’s what’s in season in January....
Well… that was quite the year! It certainly wasn Well… that was quite the year! It certainly wasn’t the year I expected when it started, but I’m so grateful for all the lessons, experiences and challenges it brought. 
.
As I work through plans and experiments and systems with my kids today, I’m reminded of all the things I’m grateful for over this past year, and all the things we are looking forward to in this new one:
.
Grateful for:
.
New friends, stronger community, and most travel stopping so I had a lot of extra time at home with my kids! 
.
Doing hard things: completing part of the olympic pole vaulting training program I tagged along with, attempting to surf, lifting heavy things (split squat 263 was a proud moment), sprints in the sand, fasting, Kambo, lots of hours in the sauna, and many more!
.
Releasing products through @mywellnesse and getting to share these products with your families. (New ones coming this year!) 
.
Finishing my next book (Zen and the Art of Dirty Dishes… coming soon), putting the finishing touches on me un-curriculum (also coming soon)
.
Watching my kids start businesses, get better at pole vaulting, start chess clubs, go hunting in the woods, build things and so much more.
.
Getting my Hashimotos fully in remission, dealing with past trauma, losing almost 100 pounds,  and feeling more energetic than I ever have. 
.
Looking forward to:
.
New experiments: getting stronger, new supplements and tracking to experiment with (c60, glucose monitor, etc). 
.
Getting out of my comfort zone: singing in public, attempting stand up comedy (stay tuned for that), and new physical challenges (any suggestions?)
