3. Please play nice. I’m all for a good, heated debate, but if you resort to ad hominem attacks or profanity you will be deleted and banned.
4. I try to answer comments and emails from readers, but with four kids, that isn’t always possible. If you comment on an old post, I may not answer it. For the best chance at a response, post in the Wellness Forum or my Facebook Page.

Wellness Mama does gather personal information about you (name and email address) when you sign up for the my newsletter. Also, your browser gives me your IP address and cookie information.
