Sweet Pepper Steak Salad Recipe
A healthy and flavorful salad of leftover steak and salad greens, topped with sweet peppers and homemade dressing.

Ingredients

cups
baby spinach or salad greens blend
3
oz
leftover cooked steak
½
of a sweet
pepper
thinly sliced
½
of a tomato
halved and thinly sliced

TBSP
salad dressing of choice
1
TBSP
cheese
shredded (optional)
Instructions
Put the spinach or salad greens on a plate.
Thinly slice the steak and it place on top of the spinach/greens.
Top with sliced sweet peppers and tomato, drizzle with dressing of choice, and sprinkle on shredded cheese if using.
