milk of choice
(or water)

cocoa powder

gelatin powder

butter
(or coconut oil)

maple syrup
(or honey, or stevia to taste)

vanilla extract

salt
Optional Additions

maca powder
(optional)

turmeric
(optional)

cinnamon
(optional)
splash of cream or coconut cream for richness
(optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a small saucepan and warm gently over medium heat while stirring. Don’t boil.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spices.
Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
Notes
Try topping it with whipped cream, coconut cream, or a few marshmallows.
