Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut the romanesco into bite-size pieces and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the romanesco with olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with spices.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and starting to brown.
