These tasty, bite sized protein balls are naturally sweetened with honey and feature chai flavors. Plus, they contain functional mushrooms for better focus, sleep, and more.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer. Start with 1 teaspoon of coconut flour to thicken, and increase if needed. You can also use a hand mixer.
Mix thoroughly, taste, and adjust spices if desired.
Use a Tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls. Roll the balls into the hemp seeds.
Place the rolled balls onto the parchment paper and store in the fridge.
Notes
Coconut flour helps thicken the dough, but don't overdo it! Too much and it will get crumbly.
Opt for a mushroom powder that has a mild taste. Start with 1 teaspoon and gradually increase to 3 teaspoons if you're unsure how strong the taste will be.
