Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Stir in the broccoli and cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Notes
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
