Place the feta in the middle of a small oven-safe baking dish.
Arrange the tomatoes around the outside of the feta and sprinkle the dried oregano over the top.
Drizzle the olive oil over everything.
Put the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes have wilted and the feta has lightly browned. Feta doesn't get melty like other cheeses.
Remove from the oven and serve with pita chips, grain-free chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
