Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
Delicious savory salmon dip with dill and cottage cheese for extra protein. A great appetizer or party snack or wonderful as a quick lunch.

cottage cheese

cream cheese

smoked salmon
(chopped)

fresh dill
(finely chopped)

green onion
(finely sliced)

lemon juice

hot sauce

smoked paprika
Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese and cream cheese in a food processor until smooth.
Add the smoked salmon, dill, green onion, lemon juice, and hot sauce and mix by hand.
Spoon into serving dish and top with smoked paprika.
Notes
Enjoy this creamy dip on gluten-free crackers, with cucumber slices and carrot sticks, mixed into eggs, or on a bed of leafy greens.
