Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait
A fast and delicious no-bake cheesecake parfait recipe that uses gelatin, honey, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

cup
milk
(divided)

tsp
unflavored gelatin
16
oz
cream cheese
(softened)
½
cup
honey
2
tsp
vanilla extract

cups
strawberries
(about 20-24 berries)
Instructions
Pour ¼ cup of cold milk into a wide bowl.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the surface of the milk, and set it aside for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan heat the remaining ¼ cup of milk until hot.
Whisk the hot milk into the cold milk/softened gelatin mixture.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese with honey and vanilla until smooth.
Whisk in the milk/gelatin mixture.
Slice the strawberries.
In one large glass bowl or 8 individual glass bowls, place half of the strawberries.
Spoon half of the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries.
Add the remaining strawberries followed by the remaining cheesecake to the bowls.
Chill until ready to serve.
