Healthy Peach Cobbler Recipe
An incredibly fast cobbler with healthy ingredients. Can also be made with berries or other fruits.

Ingredients

peaches

TBSP
butter
(or coconut oil)
½
cup
almond flour
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional):
1
cup
heavy whipping cream
½
tsp
vanilla extract
4
drops
stevia
extract
(or to taste)
Instructions
Peel the peaches if desired and cut into slices.
Melt the butter or
coconut oil
in a skillet on the stove.
Add the peach slices and cook approximately 5 minutes or until just starting to soften.
Add the almond flour and vanilla and stir to coat peaches.
Cook an additional 1-2 minutes and serve.
Put in whipped cream ingredients in blender or immersion blender and blend until creamy. Don't over-blend or you'll get butter!
Top with whipped cream if desired
Notes
If making a larger or smaller batch, use 1 TBSP butter or coconut oil and 1-2 TBSP almond flour per peach.
