cinnamon sticks

Instructions
In the Instant Pot, mix together the water, oats, salt, and cinnamon sticks if using.
Put on the lid and set the vent to sealing.
Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally and serve.
Notes
I sometimes add 2 peeled and chopped apples to the oats before cooking for additional flavor.
