Hearty Italian Sausage Soup Recipe
One of our favorites, a colorful soup with Italian sausage and bone broth.

Ingredients

Italian sausage

cloves
garlic

carrots
2

zucchini

yellow squash

beef broth
14.5 oz

Italian-style stewed tomatoes

tsp
black pepper

tsp
onion salt

spinach
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the sausage until it is almost cooked through.
While it is cooking mince the garlic, slice the carrots, and dice the zucchini, and yellow squash.
Add the minced garlic to the sausage and cook one additional minute.
Stir in the broth, tomatoes, and carrots.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add the zucchini, yellow squash, black pepper, and onion salt and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Turn the burner off and add the spinach.
Stir to combine and wait for 5 minutes for spinach to wilt.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If your family likes a little heat, try using spicy Italian sausage! Also, feel free to vary the vegetables based on personal preference.
