  1. I love her!! I follow her blog and yours also!! She has a lot of great info on her site and her videos are great!!

  2. I love that you’re doing podcasts now! I’ve listened to all of them so far, and they are incredibly helpful. I listen to them while I’m doing mindless tasks at work. I love your blog! 🙂

  3. Awesome podcast! Love the Nourishing Traditions comment, so important!

  4. Thank you, ladies, for a great episode! I had never heard of Genevieve but will definitely follow her blog now. I also added the Nourishing Traditions cookbook to my wish list.
I had similar issues–bad sugar addiction habits, too much let down. I recently did a 3-week sugar detox and honestly, my brain feels better. I also had rapid let down and visited lactation consultants with both my boys; it’s true–they are angels. I could go on, but I’ll just say that I nodded in agreement a lot during this episode. Thanks again for a wonderful podcast!

  5. Love both of you ladies! I am curious about the Raspberry leaf tea you both talk about so frequently. Currently I buy mine in the Traditional Medicinals boxes, but I figure either one or both of you have a bulk source. I know that Mountain Rose Herbs carries it straight up as an herb, but wasn’t sure if that was the same stuff. Thanks for all that you do!

  6. I’m a healthcare professional and for years I tried to figure out why I couldn’t get pregnant. Over $70000 latter of ineffective medical treatments and devastating miscarriage I found myself depressed, angry and unable to find a peace within. I started to run, few blocks at first, than it turned into miles everyday. I didn’t change my diet but I started to pay close attention to the ingredients and tried as much organic produce as possible. Three months later I got pregnant. This was my beginning of more natural way of not only eating but also living. Now a mom of 2 healthy girls- 4 year old and 15 moth old, hope for another healthy pregnancy. It’s been quite a journey, still is. I love reading your blog, always learning new things. I haven’t been able successfully eliminate sugar from my diet. It seems that usually after few weeks I tend to relapse. Hope to see more podcast on that subject. Thank You for all wonderful posts.

  7. Thank you girls. I was so happy when i found mama natural and she led me to you Katie. I think it is wonderful how you share your sites and information. I think mama natural is natural in every way, what i mean by that is that when she speaks to you she is so natural, honest and so easy to connect with her. Love her family and her blog as well. I think i am past 30 days now without refined sugar. I am so relieved as I think i can really overcome it (temptation) now.

  8. I really enjoyed this episode! This might be a bit far down the line, but I was wondering if you had any tips on ensuring children can get healthy nutrition and access to natural foods when enrolling them in daycare or preschool. I’m currently researching a care center in the area, Petit Journey, that takes a holistic approach in their care for kids. Although their values match up with mine, there is still a concern in the back of my mind of nutrition and how to handle it. Do you have any suggestions?
