A simple cucumber and onion salad seasoned with flavors of garlic and dill.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and then slice.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. Place the cucumber and onion in a medium sized bowl.
  4. In a glass 2 cup measure make the dressing by whisking together the vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic, and dill.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions and stir until well coated.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for at least two hours to let flavors marry.
  7. Serve and enjoy. 

Notes

Pairs especially well with grilled meats and summer dishes.
