Instructions

  1. Put chicken, walnuts, celery, apple, and grapes in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and spices.
  3. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Serve over lettuce or spinach or wrap in leaves of romaine or butter lettuce for chicken salad wraps.

Notes

This recipe makes a great mason jar salad for easy lunches or meals on the go. Just put chicken in the bottom of a mason jar and lettuce or spinach on top and twist on a lid.
