A crunchy slaw made with shredded broccoli stems and carrots and a slightly sweet mayo dressing. 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and then shred broccoli and carrots with a box grater if not already done.
  2. Combine the shredded broccoli stems and carrots in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, and spices together until creamy.
  4. Pour the dressing over the shredded broccoli and toss well.
  5. Store, covered, in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight before serving to let flavors meld. 

Notes

If you prefer, you can substitute greek yogurt for the mayo.
