Healthy Peach Cobbler Recipe

An incredibly fast cobbler with healthy ingredients. Can also be made with berries or other fruits.

Ingredients

Whipped cream (optional):

Instructions

  1. Peel the peaches if desired and cut into slices.
  2. Melt the butter or coconut oil in a skillet on the stove.
  3. Add the peach slices and cook approximately 5 minutes or until just starting to soften.
  4. Add the almond flour and vanilla and stir to coat peaches.
  5. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes and serve.
  6. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

If making a larger or smaller batch, use 1 TBSP butter or coconut oil and 1-2 TBSP almond flour per peach.
