Chocolate covered bacon! A surprisingly good mixture of breakfast and dessert!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon on a baking sheet in a 400°F oven until barely crispy.
  2. Remove and cool.
  3. While cooling, melt chocolate and coconut oil or bacon grease in double boiler, stirring occasionally until melted.
  4. Cut bacon into bite size pieces and dump into chocolate.
  5. Stir until well coated.
  6. Remove pieces and place on wax paper or clean plate.
  7. Put in fridge (or freezer if impatient) until the chocolate hardens.
  8. Confuse your taste buds!

Notes

If there are any leftovers store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
