  2. Cut tops off okra and slice lengthwise.
  3. Place on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or coconut oil.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  6. Roast for 18-22 minutes or until soft and just stating to brown on the ends.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
