Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs Recipe

A simple chicken recipe with big flavor. It uses budget-friendly chicken thighs and comes together quickly for a fast meal on a busy day. 



  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle the cassava flour over it to coat evenly. Shake off excess flour and place in an 8x8 glass baking dish.
  3. Mix the honey, coconut aminos, garlic and salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour evenly over the chicken. 
  4. Bake, lightly covered, for about 25 minutes. Remove cover, spoon the sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
