The following are rules and eligibility requirements for entering a giveaway or contest on WellnessMama.com.

- Must be 18 years old or older to enter
- Physical prizes can be awarded to US residents only.
- To be eligible, entrant must be subscribed to the WellnessMama.com mailing list and fulfill any other requirements as stated in the contest post. No entries be mail will be accepted.
- Odds of winning: Number of entries determine the odds of winning.
- Winner will be selected at the date on the contest post.
- Winner will be chosen at random at the sole discretion of blog owner or sponsoring business as outlined in the contest post. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim prize or it will be awarded to another entrant. Blogger and business are not responsible for typographical or other errors in entries that prevent them from contacting entrant.
- To receive prize, winner must provide physical mailing address and information.
- If winner forfeits or does not claim prize, it will be re-awarded at blogger’s sole discretion.
- All prized will be awarded.
- Void where prohibited by law.
