I was so excited when Tropical Traditions reached out and offered to let me give away a GALLON of their Gold Label Coconut Oil to one of my readers. This is the coconut oil I use personally (I actually buy by 5-gallon buckets!) and I love the quality.

Coconut oil is a very nourishing food, high in Lauric Acid and Medium Chain Fatty Acids. At our house, we use it in cooking, smoothies, or one of these 101 other uses.  I use it for hair conditioner, as a lotion on my kids, and even in my coffee!

I smile and say coconut oil, and they say that they didn’t realize that you could use coconut oil on their skin. I tell them to research and see the many uses for for coconut oil.

    I just signed up for the Coconut Oil…I had been using LouAna until I read a post that helped me understand that there is a difference in Coconut Oils. Only pure for me from now on out! The smell is the thing that got me…when I finally got the real stuff I could totally tell just by the smell.
