
Ok, so not officially like “Coffee Day” a couple of days ago or the always-fun “Talk Like a Pirate Day” (arrrrrg!) on September 19th, but after getting several requests for healthy crock pot recipes, I’ve decided to declare crock pot month on Wellness Mama.
I will be cooking a slow-cooker meal each day and posting the recipe, but I’d love your feedback in the comments or over at facebook. Have a recipe you want to see? Let me know!
I’ll try to keep it creative too… my recipe for homemade (low carb) Starbucks-clone pumpkin lattes is definitely on the schedule.
