Shredded Coconut Review and GIVEAWAY!

classic coconut macaroons recipe photo Shredded Coconut Review and GIVEAWAY!

I’m excited to be able to share another of my favorite coconut products with you! Tropical Traditions is letting me give away a BUCKET of their organic shredded coconut. This is the stuff I use to make my favorite Chocolate Coconut Clusters as well as Homemade Coconut Milk (recipe soon!)

I’ve used a lot of brands of shredded coconut and like Tropical Traditions because it is organic, doesn’t have the fillers or preservatives that some store brands have, and it doesn’t taste as dry as other brands. (I also really like their coconut flour!)

If you’ve never used shredded coconut before, it is great in Macaroons, as a breading for Coconut Chicken or shrimp,  or in grain-free baking (not in place of flour!).

I’m a subscriber! Love their coconut oil, never tried their shredded coconut! I use it all the time (most often in my paleo energy bars from Mark’s Daily Apple) but always just get it at the grocery. I’m betting that TT’s is better!
