Healthy Meal Plan What Im Cooking This Week

This week, I’m trying to finish up an online course on balancing hormones naturally, get the garden started, keep up with school with the kids, adjust to 23 new chickens, and did I mention I’m 25 weeks pregnant?

With all that going on, I’m focusing on fast and easy meals that don’t take much time to cook or much clean up. What are you cooking this week?

Monday: Meatza

Tuesday: Irish Bangers and Mash

Wednesday: Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Thrusday: Chinese Chicken and Cabbage Stir Fry

Friday: Homemade Fish Sticks and Sweet Potato Fries

Saturday: Grilled Chicken Salad with Oranges and Grapes

Sunday: Leftovers

For lunches/snacks, I’m making some homemade sushi to keep in the fridge. I’m also making some beef jerky from ground beef (that recipe coming soon!).

What are you cooking this week? I love hearing your ideas too!

I’m making beef jerky from ground beef today! It’s drying right now. I’m hoping it’s good – I need more high protein snacks for my little guy.

I love how you pre-plan. I have been trying to do this for years haha. We also eat very clean and since being diagnosed with celiac in all 5 of my kids life has changed for us. I am also pregnant and we are getting chickens for the first time in a few weeks so seeing you do all this shows me I can too. As soon as it warms up here our garden will be going in and it will be amazing to have fresh produce again. Good luck to you and thanks for sharing!!!
