Tuesday: Roasted Pork Loin with Apple Glaze, Steamed Broccoli, Salad
Wednesday: Chicken Salad with Walnuts, Grapes and Celery over a salad
Thursday: Gumbo with Nitrate Free sausage, leftover chicken, red peppers, okra, onions, spinach, spices and topped with cheese
Friday: Grilled Pollock with Asparagus and Roasted Winter Squash
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner-Egg Casserole with nitrate free sausage and vegetables and fruit salad
Sunday: Grilling out with the Grandparents!
