Fast and Healthy Meal Plan

I plan out the meals I’ll be cooking each week several days in advance. Here’s my healthy meal plan list in case you’d like to do the same:

Monday

Crock-pot Beef Stroganoff with spaghetti squash “noodles” and salad.

Tuesday

Oven Roasted Chicken with steamed broccoli and cauliflower with melted butter and salad.

Wednesday

Meatloaf made with ground beef and turkey. Served with homemade ketchup and sweet potato oven fries.

Thursday

Italian sausage and pepper stir fry with salad.

Friday

Salmon and Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce served with salad

Saturday

Apricot glazed pork loin with stir-fry veggies.

Sunday

Homemade Meatballs and tomato sauce topped with Parmesan and served with salad.
