
Here’s what I’ll be cooking up this week for dinner. As usual, breakfast is some type of egg with meat and veggies. Lunch is a big salad or leftovers from the night before. What are you cooking this week? Let me know in the comments below!
Monday
Chicken and Vegetable Cabbage Soup made with whole boiled chicken, a head of cabbage, chopped carrots, onions, celery, broccoli and whatever other veggies I find in the fridge. Seasoned with my homemade herb and spice blend.
Tuesday
Slow Cooked Garlic and Pepper Boston Butt with homemade BBQ sauce, oven baked sweet potato fried and salad. Leftovers will be used in BBQ lettuce wraps or omelets the rest of the week.
Wednesday
Shrimp and Sausage casserole made with frozen shrimp, nitrite free sausage, chopped yellow squash and onions.
Thursday
Homemade Chicken Salad in Romaine Lettuce wraps.
Friday
Bacon wrapped Oysters with Roasted Cauliflower and spinach salad.
Saturday
Bunless Burgers with onions, lettuce, tomato and homemade BBQ sauce served with salad.
Sunday
